I feel like kintors overall plan was to have combination therapy using the degrader + pyril for any major efficacy to be seen.

the topical cream would at best slow down hairloss (like every other anti androgen therapy)

Not true. Pyrilutamide will be better than RU.

I was in a group chat where they bought pyrilutamide, apparently they tested it and it came back 88% pure but the bag ripped in transit, so maybe GB was legit

The speculated pyril results were confirmed (with my own eyes). Change in baseline at week 24 in TAHC is 22.73 for the 5mg BID group and 14.75 for the 2.5 mg BID group. Placebo was 9.43.

What does TAHC and BID mean?

How can placebo increase hairs by 9.43? I thought you only lose hair

A variety of things can happen. Seasonal sheds, subjects who think they are taking placebo might start taking other treatments if they observe no results etc. Though 9.43 is still rather high yeah.

you are in pyril group buy?

sorta
