Yep, that's why "I'm doing furious fap in an attempt to resolve premature ejaculation".
I discuss these issues including that of uncertainty issues further up-thread.

I realise and was being semi-facetious, but the honest truth is that it is a f*****g senseless waste of time if there ever was one and there is zero legitimate data backing up a reason to engage in it.
I mean even your initial post rightly states that the benefits of nofapp are anecdotal, and I don't thinks its unrealistic to suggest that any benefits are something of a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Personally I can't do nofapp as I get bad testicle pain and an overload of semen if I go longer than 3-4 days, if I f*** a girl and sleep with them afterwards I often get serious ball pain and end up with a giant f*****g load that I need to wank out because I have a boner all night long and my body is in a state of thinking it is about to have sex again or something. I produce too much semen or something.
The only thing more ridiculous than nofap would be setting a target of wanking 10 times a day.
Hey dude, I just saw this thread. I'm on probably 100+ days nofap and it really does work. Even if it is placebo, my life is really better off and I wouldn't go back even if I was proved wrong. On a side note, I cured by ED at day 78 (I remember because I had pretty strong erection finally without fantasizing or p*rn). It does get easier after the 2 month mark. People say it is impossible, but I've been PMO (p*rn Masturbation Orgasm) for about 8 years before that. Once you get past 50+ days, you won't feel the need to watch P or even touch your junk. You'll still feel horny but you will find other methods to relieve it like exercise or actually chasing girls.
Relating to hair loss, I did experience a stop in hair loss. Pairing this with cold showers, I barely have hair loss on my pillow nor in the shower. Of course I've been balding since 19, but it stopped once I went on nofap around late 21.
Are you getting wet dreams? regular sex?
I am starting nofap now that I am on Propecia so I can be more immediately aware if I get sides. Any tips on keeping the pr0n beast at bay?
I'm too ugly to get any sex, but I do get wet dreams once every 10 or so days. I'm trying to avoid wet dreams though because I feel lethargic the days after. But yeah, I should be well over three months now on nofap and I can say my life is pretty good. Even though I'm single and kinda a loner the fact that I don't use p*rn as an escape any more made me more productive as an individual and helped me get real hobbies.
What real hobbies?
How would you avoid wet dreams?
That's good to hear man! I would be afraid of the same thing, but I would be happy afterwards nonethelessI have no idea why but I've been horny today with random spontaneous boners.
Somebody came to my office today (I didn't know that she was coming) to ask me a question about the scattering of moonlight, I was afraid she'd notice and laugh at me.
This is actually a serious question and figured based on the conversation everyone is having here that I can ask it.
How the f*** do you stop this site from getting these random pop ups when I enter saying I won some google raffle for like all these prizes and what not.
I’m on an iPhone so idk if I can get a pop up blocker and it can’t be p*rn because I’ve rarely ever watched on iPhone. Tried deleting my history and all that but didn’t work and when I disable cookies, the site notifies me that I need to allow cookies.

LOL, I am sure if you had a hot female doctor you wouldn't mind if she blew you off.As some of you know, I have mediocre erectile function. I can get hard, but it takes significant effort/time, and then it might be fleeting. PDE5 inhibitors like v**** are a modest help. A year ago a urologist told me to just get therapy. I did that for a year and it helped with other things (lol), so I went back. My old urologist was gone, so I tried a new one, who saw me and in turn referred me to another one.
I saw him this week, and for the first time I met one who is willing to try different things to help me out. We spent 30 minutes together (he was 60 minutes late), and we discussed various options. We discussed my history. I looked him up online, he has a lot of clinical experience, and a lot of research publications on the subject.
We went over a hormone panel. They're normal. To me, they seemed low, but that's because of some bad lifestyle choices I've made in the past few months, I'm still within the norm of the general population.
He gave me a manual exams. He said that my balls are a good size (lol), and that I don't have any varicosity on my balls (good sign). He pinched in places and I told him my pain level was a 4/10.
We scheduled a penile doppler ultrasound, which will take place in a few weeks. The purpose of that is to study the veins. They measure them when the dick is flaccid, and when it's erect.
He asked me to use cialis every day. He said that unlike v**** which requires timing, cialis does not which reduces stress. He said that having it on me all the time can then build up confidence. I told him that's an expensive drug. He hooked me up with a pharmacy that produces it for cheap. Separately, he said that this will also help with my frequent urination issue, where I need to go often, and I also often wake up in the middle of the night to go urinate. He said that he now often prescribes cialis for that issue for men, regardless of whether or not they have ED.
In addition, he prescribed the prolactin inhibitor cabergoline. Prolactin was my only hormone which came close to the reference range, it was at the upper end. He said that it works for people who can get hard but need a lot of excitement to do so. I told him that sounds like me. Either way I don't expect this one to help, but it's worth trying to see what effect it has.
Finally, we discussed therapeutic massages. He said that I should consider trying them on myself. He also said that other hospitals in the area offer electrical stimulation therapy to help rebuild nerves, and it's something that we could consider in the future.
I feel hope now. Finally, a doctor who doesn't blow me off.
Now ... I do need to lose these 10 lbs that I've gained in the past few months ...
