I'm too ugly to get any sex, but I do get wet dreams once every 10 or so days. I'm trying to avoid wet dreams though because I feel lethargic the days after. But yeah, I should be well over three months now on nofap and I can say my life is pretty good. Even though I'm single and kinda a loner the fact that I don't use p*rn as an escape any more made me more productive as an individual and helped me get real hobbies.

What real hobbies?
How would you avoid wet dreams?

I exercise about two hours a day. I study and read several hours a day as well. I've made a lot of progress in life and I am a competitive medical school applicant. I do yoga during the nights and I am quite social now. In about a year, I went from barely making eye contact with anyone to approaching women at bars.

As for avoiding wet dreams, I'm still trying to figure out how to avoid them. Currently I get a wet dream every 9 days.

Like I said before, I get why people say oh masturbation is harmless or p**rn is a good release. But honestly, the minute I stopped both my life made a full 180 degrees. I also get strange attention from women now when I walk around campus. It's like they know who faps and who doesn't. Maybe it's placebo, maybe it's fake confidence. Whatever it is, there is no going back now. f*** pornography and masturbation is for the weak. Cosby out.

I have no idea why but I've been horny today with random spontaneous boners.

Somebody came to my office today (I didn't know that she was coming) to ask me a question about the scattering of moonlight, I was afraid she'd notice and laugh at me.

That's good to hear man! I would be afraid of the same thing, but I would be happy afterwards nonetheless :)

I'm at a conference and a senior woman that I worked with sent me this emai. We're both in a time zone that causes us to wake up at ~5:00aml:

Hi Afro_Vacancy,

You’re going to want to kill me, but the floors in the _____ Hotel are super thin and I think you’re above me (when you left I was taking the dog out). It’s not you’re fault _at all_, but could you try to walk gingerly in the mornings? I’m fighting off a flu bug and am trying to get as much sleep as possible. Apologies for the trouble and apologies if this is not you!!

Btw just googled for your email- didn’t realize you were ____’s student! He was the reason I ended up at _____.

Best wishes,
_______

************

She is plausibly telling me that my masturbation was too loud this morning. I'm embarrassed.

This is actually a serious question and figured based on the conversation everyone is having here that I can ask it.

How the f*** do you stop this site from getting these random pop ups when I enter saying I won some google raffle for like all these prizes and what not.

I’m on an iPhone so idk if I can get a pop up blocker and it can’t be p**rn because I’ve rarely ever watched on iPhone. Tried deleting my history and all that but didn’t work and when I disable cookies, the site notifies me that I need to allow cookies.

Literally only happens on this site

As some of you know, I have mediocre erectile function. I can get hard, but it takes significant effort/time, and then it might be fleeting. PDE5 inhibitors like v**** are a modest help. A year ago a urologist told me to just get therapy. I did that for a year and it helped with other things (lol), so I went back. My old urologist was gone, so I tried a new one, who saw me and in turn referred me to another one.

I saw him this week, and for the first time I met one who is willing to try different things to help me out. We spent 30 minutes together (he was 60 minutes late), and we discussed various options. We discussed my history. I looked him up online, he has a lot of clinical experience, and a lot of research publications on the subject.

We went over a hormone panel. They're normal. To me, they seemed low, but that's because of some bad lifestyle choices I've made in the past few months, I'm still within the norm of the general population.

He gave me a manual exams. He said that my balls are a good size (lol), and that I don't have any varicosity on my balls (good sign). He pinched in places and I told him my pain level was a 4/10.

We scheduled a penile doppler ultrasound, which will take place in a few weeks. The purpose of that is to study the veins. They measure them when the dick is flaccid, and when it's erect.

He asked me to use cialis every day. He said that unlike v**** which requires timing, cialis does not which reduces stress. He said that having it on me all the time can then build up confidence. I told him that's an expensive drug. He hooked me up with a pharmacy that produces it for cheap. Separately, he said that this will also help with my frequent urination issue, where I need to go often, and I also often wake up in the middle of the night to go urinate. He said that he now often prescribes cialis for that issue for men, regardless of whether or not they have ED.

In addition, he prescribed the prolactin inhibitor cabergoline. Prolactin was my only hormone which came close to the reference range, it was at the upper end. He said that it works for people who can get hard but need a lot of excitement to do so. I told him that sounds like me. Either way I don't expect this one to help, but it's worth trying to see what effect it has.

Finally, we discussed therapeutic massages. He said that I should consider trying them on myself. He also said that other hospitals in the area offer electrical stimulation therapy to help rebuild nerves, and it's something that we could consider in the future.

I feel hope now. Finally, a doctor who doesn't blow me off.

Now ... I do need to lose these 10 lbs that I've gained in the past few months ...

Not sure what other problems you've had, but have you considered quitting wheat?

I stopped eating all wheat products a couple years back, other gluten containing foods being ok, and I no longer have to pee in the night multiple times, and my stomach is much happier. Not to mention I lost 27 pounds (now only 22lbs), and am light than Ive been in over a decade.

I had a gorgeous Asian female urologist last year, tall, thin, with great hair and skin. She blew me off and I didn't care, because my priority was to get good treatment.

I think that a better diet is worth exploring. My diet improved substantially some time back, but the improvement stagnated. There is still substantial room for progress, and I could try eliminating wheat to see what happens.

The compound pharmacy called me today, and I should get my order of cialis 7 mg sometime next week. They are charging me $200 with shipping for a 90-day supply. I don't know to what extent my health insurance company will refund me.

I did get the cabergoline, I got 8 pills, so a 4-week supply. But I won't be starting for another month, I only want to start one drug at a time.

From Amazon, I bought 60 capsules of zinc picolinate, 15 mg, supposedly it's 15 mg of zinc and not 15 mg of zinc picolinate. That might be the one that I start first.
