To be completely fair, I don't think that IBM has hairloss at all. The fact that he has seborrheic dermatitis and his hair is sometimes falling in clumps has made him think that he has male pattern baldness. His hairline doesn't look like a receeders hairline, there isn't a sign of thinning to be seen.

Lets see:
2 years and half of finasteride;
3 years and on month of minoxidil;
2 years and 2 months of oral spironolactone;
My hair seems to be stable. Two months of growing then a big shed. It has been like that some time ago. I thing the big shed is due to seb dermatitis and excessive sweat in my body.
I've been doing some experiences with shampoos. I dont use Nizoral and juniper based shampoo two or three months. One month i used exclusively Klorane shampoo for hairloss and one month Ecophan shampoo.
My hair with Klorane was much better then Ecophan. More thick and healthy. With Ecophan the hair becomes greasy after 8-9 hours.

So you see this as a diffuse Norwood 3,5? Than you really are a strange fella. I don't like guys like you. There are some guys out there who really have problems, but because of people like you others think they're just acting.

Hey IBM i do see you have had diffused hairloss through your top of your head... you seem to be thinning in the sides as well in some pics..
However it seem syou have gotten better..
