I have the same from finasteride man although not to much of an extent, I tried the anti-estrogen creams and aromatase inhibitors but the gyno had already set in and it did nothing. Cutting back on bodyfat won't help either, the only option is surgery. It will be thousands but I'd say it's worth it, you could try abroad in cheaper countries but obviously do your research. I aim to get them removed when I have the money to spare. In the meantime you could try doing some chest workouts only hitting the upper part of the chest which might help even it out but yeah best to just save up, cut them out and live life without breasts.
