Hi all, thought I’d update this thread. Im 5 days prior to my 7month mark and I doubt it’ll improve, but thats completely fine with me, as Im very happy with my result. I no longer obsess over hair and my confidence has improved greatly. Currently cutting to get a jawline again. Hairline is mature, and conservative which I think was the right move. Donor area looks exactly the same, and isnt noticeable thinner. Can upload pics of that too, if needed. Pics from direct sunlight outside, and some in a more normal light. Last photo is before the procedure.
Damn bruh - nice transformation! Happy for you!

This looks incredible man. The hairline looks natural and you'll maximize your gains as you close in on the 12 month mark. I hope to be able to repeat a procedure like you went through soon.

Thank you all for the comments! I really appreciate it!! For some reason I do not get any notifications when you leave a comment.

I thought I'd update 8months mark, I had some good photo's taken upclose. Im a changed man, I dont have words to describe how much more confident I am. Now my only struggle is bad hairdays lol, who would have thought.I actually feel like the hair has thicken the last couple of months, but I havent paid too close attention, so I dont really have any proof, it just seems like that, and my GF is a hairdresser, so she has said the same, so for all the brah's at the 6month mark that think it looks wispy and afraid it'll be the final outcome, dont be. It still has room to improve!

Abit different hair styles in some of the pics. Still trying to find my "go to" cut. I like both styles depending on the clothes I wear and/or occasion.

We're all gonna make it braaah's

@Mrpositive I totally relate to that feeling of being free from hair loss and normal bad hair days. Are you using gel or wax - which brand? Also do you straighten your hair? Hair spray? I think it looks better when you wear it up but both are fine.

Other reasons I think it looks good apart from density being decent, is you naturally have nice hair, also how you style/cut it with a good face/forehead and dress sense.
I never use gel as I dont like the texture of how my hair looks when using it. Im switching on a paste and a wax depending on the lenght of my hair. Wax when shorter, paste when longer as the wax im using has alot of hold so it gets hard to style if my hair is long (as my hair is wavy/curly when it gets long).

For wax im using : Baruffaldi Ultra matt Max
and paste im using is: Special one/1

I do not straighten my hair, I use salt water spray and blow-dry it when I want it to look extra on point. I dont bother everyday as its time-consuming, and Im always in a rush lol. None of the pics above is with salt-water spray, but its blowdried.

I think I like it up more, its just that I need to go more frequent to get cut to maintain that haircut, but its doable, since I get it for free lol. Yeah I do care alot about how I dress and look - and now im finally able to pull it off (since I actually have hair now). Just need to cut down 5 more kg's and I think I'll be close to being chad.

and yeah - my hair is naturally thick - i remember going to the hairdresser at 16 yo, they would always have to thin it a shitload, so the sides and back for me, is thick and curly (when it gets long), which was one of the reasons I hoped my hair transplant would turn out good in regards to thickness.

@Mrpositive

Thanks for the detailed input! Interesting about the salt water, heard it's good for hair. I'll definitely check out the brands you describe.

I have a really great wax but I rarely use it because my hair is already really thick and black in colour. Wax makes it look really heavy and wig like - kind of unstylish to me. Blow drying makes it manageable and I am definitely too lazy to straighten. Sort of like this. It's okay.

But I prefer gel because it gives it a glossy look and fresh as hell. The feedback I got from girls is that it looks better too like this on me. This is how I style it too.

Would you consider going for a mature hairline (Norwood 1.5) at some point or are you done? I took this approach though my situation was different in many ways but I recommend it maybe for a slight push. You pull off that little receded look because everything else is bang on the money anyway. Thanks for sharing. Lucky you have a girl who is a hairdresser I'd love that. A cut every 2 weeks as opposed to every 3-4 weeks!
yeah if ur going for the look at the 2nd pic I’d only use gel too, else my hair wouldnt even hold (curly meh). But with my current hairline Im not able to pull off that look, it brings out my forehead even more thus making me look older. So I have to play on my «strenghts» when I choose a haircut.
Ive obviously thought about doing a 2nd procedure. And most likely I will, but I’ll play it somewhat «safe» and wait a few years to see how my baldness progresses. For now im just happy actually being able to have a decent cut, and show up at a hairdress saloon lmao. I havent been to a hairsaloon in years. I kinda wanna try to grow it out and try to make a pompadour with a slight comb over to one of the sides, but Im not sure if I will pull it off. Yeah the irony of a hairdresser matching up with a NW4 lol (see, hair isnt EVERYTHING guys lol :D)

btw; how many grafts do you think is needed to close out the templates and bring the hairline a tad lower?

Haha, yeah me too would not hold without gel due to wave. But the messy wavy look is nice too so we're lucky that way. I think you're being sensible about avoiding slicking it back. You really need a Norwood 1-2 max with temple points. I also think it's that holy grail when slicked back especially black- dominant and seductive coupled with/without facial hair. Saw a much older guy with it slicked back and white hair and a guy in his 40s - both looked alpha - were handsome though.

Pushed up look is fine for a slightly receded hairline - but honestly I don't even notice your recession as such despite being hair obsessed. It's because you have looks, nice forehead (even if a little high now), density and styled well which takes the focus away. So I know it's like Norwood 2.5 but so what.

You could try this in terms of undercut and comb over one side. But I think having a symmetrical hairline on both sides actually looks more normal and receives less negative attention - especially as you pull it off when you style it up. By combing over one side you may draw attention to the other empty side.

As for grafts those with really thick black hair need the least but you're up there in terms of ideal candidate. You're on finasteride like me which is key too. Also depends on donor reserves. I would estimate you need a minimum of 1500 grafts to lower it a little and some temple work. It's worth over packing, as a thin hairline messes everything up.
Yeah I agree on the slick back. Hmm - maybe im just self conscious about it, as I'm about 100x times as fixated on hair as a normal guy/girl. Also you're the hardest judge on yourself (in lack of a better english term/saying). I think I'll grow out my hair and go to the highest end of barbers in my town. I know a barber that does some really good work, price is abit steep, but f***, I finally have hair - have to try it out. I'll just go with whatever he thinks suits my face/hairline and see how it turns out. I dont really like the pompadour in that specific pic, but I get the idea. Also I agree it looks best without having to try to hide one side. ok - 1500 grafts aint that bad. The Doctor didnt tell me how many grafts I have left, nor did I remember to ask. But 1500 in the hairline, rest of my grafts for the crown/mid scalp (I covered already a good part tho, but I guess its gonna need some work, depending on how bad I'll continue to lose). I haven't noticed any hairloss since I turned 23. Now Im 27 so at least I have that going for me (started finasteride at 24/25.)

I'll book an appointment to the barber at the 27th - that's 1 day prior to my 9 month mark iirc(although I dont even think about watching my progress anymore, as I think I'm at the finish line, and I'm very happy).

Awesome outcome and your hair looks fab. I am sure it is going to get better.
Interestingly it is 10 months since my FUE transplant and given to the fact that i am 40 so the amount of hair lost was considerable. But the transplant has panned out well for me so far.

Ait guys, its been about 13-14 months since OP. I thought I’d update some last «everyday» pics. I’ve grown my hair out. Aware me if I should keep growing, or cut it short again as you can see on previouse pics.

Im gonna go for a 2nd procedure in a couple of years to fix my crown and maybe some dense packing, and mby do some work on the hairline.

In conclusion it was totally worth it considering the price Demirsoy is charging.

Looks great, so much better than your before pics.

Think I will need a second procedure too when I look at my temples, yours already look really good tho.

Got any pics of the crown without product in it?
It has barely any products in it, just combed in the right direction (I’ve had no work in the crown).

@Mrpositive : crazy result brah
How much did you pay for this?
and did finasteride help your crown? no gynecomastia/puffy nipples with fina?
Thanks mate. Paid 1.25 € per graft - hotel/flight in addition. I have gyno from puberty rip, but it did not get any worse from fina. Yes I do think fina actually improved my crown somewhat, but didnt pay too close attention.

f*** man, gyno sucks so much...
I have been on fina for close to 5 years now , and it caused me a bad gyno... ( I am even on duta now)
Would you say being bald (nw4) is worse than having a gyno?
because this is the dilemna i have to face to maintain my hair. I have gyno, but I can't stop fina or i will be bald ( i am 25 yo now)
I need your knwoledge of peace

for me personally, NW4 was far worse. Im gonna remove the shitty gyno in 1-2 years anyways, but im able to hide it fairly well with dark clothes, and be ripped (im not ripped now tho). But its def a struggle. Anyways: I’d chose gyno over NW4 anyday of the week. Sloots dont notice gyno(or dont know what it is) too much, they do with hairloss.

thanks for your knowledge bro. I know the struggle too now. I never ever had gyno during puberty, but fina caused it badly...
I am also wearing dark clothes on a daily, and xl shirt despite being fcking skinny right now...
But i am hading to the same Norwood as you before the operation.
Would you say the operation had changed your life? because I am 26 soon and i wan't to have a great hairline like you man! but I am really afraid of my crown balding which is not stabilized.

Read the titel again mate. He originalt wrote “Erdogan Demirsoy” wich was a incorrect. It’s corrected into “Erkan Demirsoy.” Look into him if you wan’t to do a hair transplant. He does only take 1 patient a day, and does the incesions himself. I’m considering him
