I had gynecomastia (it's inevitable), so I simply had surgery to remove it. They removed the glands and did liposuction. There are no scars; it's all done through a small incision under the nipple.

and you're allowed to stay on E? there is no risk of reoccurence? that seems like a good strategy. just kinda sad i will have to destroy my body as it's my only good point but it's useless without hair anyway

There is no risk of recurrence. The glandular tissue of the breast is completely removed and cannot regenerate, just like fat cells removed by liposuction. HRT doesn't destroy your body, it simply changes it. You can destroy your body with an unhealthy lifestyle, but even that is temporary and fixable.
Would you be willing to take one for the team and doxx yourself to inspire others that you can still pass a male and not look trans while on e
I think doing this on a forum with toxic trolls is a bad idea. Especially when you have detractors. In fact, they're not limited to the few people who write nasty things here. Some people from the Russian internet used to follow me here. But we don't see them here. They're busy treating baldness with tinfoil hats (true story).

If you've stopped growing, your hips won't widen. I can't comment on the height change; I think it's rare. I don't know anyone who's experienced it.

Ok guys I need your help. Cpa works for me but it causes me liver pain after taking it for a while. All other drugs suck like bica and relugolix. My adrenal glands produce T. I’m literally left with shutting them down if I want to feminize without cpa safely
Sorry to tell you but theres no evidence that shuting down adrenal androgens will solve this problem

Thats not true, doctors dont remove all glandular tissue because if they do you end up with 2 craters in your chest, they need to left tissue and this tissue still sensitive tk estrogen. I did gyno surgery and tried estradiol after some months and it still got sore and the tissue got “harder”

This is a risk if you had your breasts removed before they were fully developed. In my case, they removed everything that had grown during HRT, so nothing new will develop.

The reason I didn’t do hrt was because even tho I was committed to getting the breast surgery I couldn’t risk penis shrinkage , if I was like a 9 incher I wouldn’t mind bc if the loss would be minimal and I’d still be packing . I lived on the forums analyzing reports of shrinkage even with penis use regularly

Cpa worked for me so there’s a chance it’s doing something right, I’m guessing maybe the progestins+androgen blocking + slightly lowering the adrenals
