I had to stop progesterone after a week. It was giving me anxiety attacks and nightmares. Very bad experience. Might try in the future but will stop for some weeks. My anxiety went away after two days of stopping it

You took it rectally right? Cause oral prog is basically Allopregnanolone with super short lifespan. Which is bad, because mostly fluctuations of it are causing nightmares and anxiety, since it needs steady state for your nervous system to get used to it. Nightmares were pretty overwhelming for me too tho, ngl.

Yeah i take i took it rectally but the anxiety and nightmares got so bad within the first week of use.

I'd say, fight fire with fire and try 200mg for one more week. =) I don't want any harm btw, it just worked for me for some reason. Most likely because it reached steady states faster this way. Same was with CPA btw, when changing doses got nightmares everytime.

I might try it in the future. Im kinda done with anxiety for now. I had lot of anxiety in the last 2-3 years and after this week of trying prog I will give myself some rest.
