I always thought that HRT completely shuts down the testicles and the remaining T is produced by the adrenal glands. So I always thought that castration makes no sense for hair. My T is also in the castration range.

Imagine I lose access to HRT somehow, like being in hospital for like few months for whatever reason or other stuff, would be over for me, im looking for long term solution even without access to hrt I need to be 100% sure my T never comes back
