Yeah shape usually improves when progestogen (cpa and others) or progesterone are added. If those are not used, not many trans women grow actual breast. I remember when I used CPA my gyno turned into rounded breast and they looked like actual breast but after I stopped CPA the breast turned into gyno again, even tho my gyno is bigger now

I used topical spironolactone long ago and it made my nipples hurt off and on. Wasnt on it for long but that was enough to permanently cause slightly slightly bigger nipples. But im not complaining. 4141 would be happy to suck on them
