Not always. Depends if your DHT comes fully from T. Also DHT is a paracrine hormone so you can still have DHT on your tissues even if blood test dht shows low levels. If you combine it with dutas you might get results but long term without sex hormones will be a hell

I didnt have good results with CPA. It caused prolactin issues even at very low dosage and made my hair loss worse. Also my breast got huge and rounded like female and I was discharging milk

Cause prolactin can also destroy hair. Also cpa doesnt block AR. You would need insane dosages for it

i think i got really luckky in that i was extremely fat in my youth and adolencense, so i had extreme gyno during puberty, and even tho i burned it off before starting hrt, my hrt breasts look really decent compared to what many trans women end up with, and are small enough to remain unseen under an xl t shirt.
i think a big element of it is staying very low body fat. a lot of girls have really big tits because they carry weight in the breasts, you will too esp on hrt. if you want to minimize breast growth on e2 you can't eat like a slob.

I think it’s crazy a 1 in a million hyper responder on finasteride will reverse his hair loss and then turn his unicorn result into a YouTube channel and provide repeated hair loss info and makes normies think popping finasteride will reverse their Nw4 to a thick Norwood 1 like them
