What hes only on dutasteride and oral min now? That stack didnt work for me. Just reduced my sperm to almost zero.

alright so since om and duta havent worked for me and i been on em 2 years i think i might start e2 after the summer and shave my head for the time being.
before i risk my fertility i SHOULD go to a sperm bank right if i still want to have kids one day? (im only 23) should i quit duta for a month to get my sperm back to normal before doing this?
if i do get on e2... and my hair grows back... and my dick stops working is there a chance that i could have a working sex drive again with my real hair one day?

You’re gonna need more than a month to get your sperm back to normal. Dutas half life is 5 weeks lol

alright that's cool, i've got the whole summer before i try this. i dont even know what my sperm count is but i still have a great sex drive so i hope its alright. i heard that people on dutasteride/finasteride usually have to quit them temporarily before they have kids

Dutasteride raise T too much not good for hair on some T sensitive guys. I also lost Ground on oral dutasteride and min. My sperm got reduced to 1 drop During orgasm. Then I switched to finasteride and its Still so little sperm sick of it.

wait what? how do i know if im t sensitive? are you telling me i shouldve been on finasteride this whole time?

Yes finasteride raise scalp T by only like 23- 24% while dutasteride raise it 100% and higher dose of dutasteride raise scalp T by 200%. also raise serum T more than finasteride obviously. I took 2mg of dutasteride that will raise scalp T by 200%. Bad idea on my part. Even used it topically too.

no way so is it entirely possible for me to stop my hairloss if i switch to finasteride????

Im trying it. Not every guy respond well to dutasteride. Slaphead started receeding on it he switched back to finasteride and it stopped. A guy named TIMI on this forum switched from fina to duta and lost alot of ground. When he was doing good on finasteride for 14 years. He says to never use dutasteride.

Yeah. It’s either we are sensitive to T or some kind of upregulatory effect at the receptor level. Dutasteride has been anecdotally reported to increase frontal thinning by a lot of users.
are you using ru? where do you buy it? do you have results from ru?
maybe just doing the oral and topical combo for this problem ... i think the oral and topical combination is much more effective than separately .. and maybe before applying topical dutasteride use dermaroller 0.5mm as stated several times @Experimentality
I don't know what your expectations and your hair situation might be ... but I advise you to go slow with E2. I speak from personal experience .. do not think at all about oral E2 if you are a man and want to continue to feel like one .. if you really want to experiment try estrogel experimenting with low doses and coupled to an AA so that you will not need high doses of E2. this is advice without judging anyone.I don't want to be an expert on the situation .. I don't feel like it at all. but in my opinion it makes no sense to switch from dutasteride to finasteride .. you could make the situation worse by being less powerful in lowering the dht. just my thought

Oral and topical duta will raise scalp T even more. I did that for 1.5 years. I did dermaroll once weekly too with duta. But many report systemic sides from topical dutasteride without even needling. It can still infact go systemic. I would not recommend dutasteride it nukes all dht in serum and half of dht and more in the brain depending on dosage.
okay .. but I think the important thing is the dht not the testosterone ... and we are not talking about whether it becomes systemic or not, but about efficacy in therapy. side effects aside I think finasteride or dutasteride should be coupled to a stronger AA, see spironolactone-cyproterone-bicalutamide. otherwise I find it hard to win or draw the battle. I always speak from personal experience do not get me wrong .. then luckily each one is different from the other and maybe just dutasteride can be enough for him
