Correct. If you’re going to use an AA, stick with it permanently. I would say to start with 50mg/day of CPA for a month then cut the dose down to 25mg/day, and then see how things go from there. If you’re going to combine it with bicalutamide, use 50mg/day of bicalutamide along with 6.25mg/day of CPA. I find the second option the safest in the long term, but that combination not causing obvious gyno is theoretical.
Why do you have so many dislikes? Lol. I've never seen anything like it here.
You need to start with 2 mg of cyproterone. and no longer needed. you will have more than 25 mg of pulactinoma and pituitary cancer. Cypro is very dangerous. It is not only antiandrogenic, it is also anti-estrogenic.CPA = cyproterone acetate, correct? What dosage should I start with? and for how long?
Yo holy sh*t wait, so high E (low t) should decrease aromatase activation in the scalp? Bro that is news to me. I have estrogen pills. Might just supplement some and see what happens.
@Admin can you please ban this guy?!if you want dutasteride to work without anything, take 5 capsules. You can take less if you use HRT, but for hair the most important component of dutasteride, without it it will be difficult and long, maybe in vain. the most harmful of all this is cyproterone, it is anti-estrogenic too. more than 1 mg I will never take again.
Just try cypro first. Give it a year and see if you get any regrowth. Obviously, add topical and oral minoxidil to the mix. Then only go for E, if you're way too desperate.Any long term solutions to prevent gyno on these regimens?
im on finasteride and dutasteride.
its well known that fina raises T and E by 15%.
Anyways im not getting regrowth, just lost alot of hairs.
My estrogen serum is 139nmol -do they need to be increased with taking E too see if it will help with regrowth or is 139 a good amount?
Just curious why you would recommend cypro over bicalutamide?Just try cypro first. Give it a year and see if you get any regrowth. Obviously, add topical and oral minoxidil to the mix. Then only go for E, if you're way too desperate.
Are all those accounts unironically DHTcel or someone using them to mass downvote you Ikarus?
Big yikes lmao.
Yeah, he created 10 alt accounts to dislike my posts lol
Wish he wasn't banned though, would like to ask him a few questions. He and I are in similar situations.

This will be my last post here until 2021, The images below are taken over the course of 8 months on HRT. I have now reached a point where I am comfortable with the state of my hair.
My hairloss began when i was 16 years old i was put on finasteride, tried that for 2 years, my hair seemed to be getting much worse, by 18 i could start to see through my hairline and temples were receding pretty bad so i added minoxidil, for the next 3 years my hair slowly declined to the state of the this first photo. I wanted to try HRT for quite a while before i actually began it myself, the doctor refused to prescribe me HRT, so i waited one more year until i decided that this was it, the last option available, i was sure it would work and it did.
