Here is my hair. #1 was a year ago, 2 & 3 are today. Obviously not as much hair loss as other people, I still (i think) have a good amount of density, just trying to regrow the sides of my hairline. Been on my regimen for about 2 months now, spironolactone comes in the mail today so I'll be starting that. Theres obviously some regrowth occurring on the right side as there wasn't hair there before.

Also, the right side of my hairline in picture 3 is actually the left side in picture 1 due to camera difference, so not as bald as before.
Has adding a duta tab/week helped you? Actually I was thinking of same - currently on finasteride only

Thank you for displaying your photos.

And explain your case.

Explain what specifically?

Honestly you might want to start with duta everyday for the first 2 or 3 weeks so it builds up and then do just 1 or 2 a week. I think its helped, it definitely helped with my skin as it is less oily and I dont have dandruff anymore, but I will honestly never know if duta helped more than finasteride or not because i took them both at the same time. As for side effects, I dabbled in steroids for awhile so side effects don't really phase me, I just powere through because I know if there ever comes a time (there hasnt so far) where I can't get hard I can pop a cialis or v****, and I never got gyno on high doses of test. I never took AIs and I was also taking dutasteride with the testosterone so you know my estrogen was sky high, so hopefully I don't get any from spironolactone.

Ah ok. When you say "Explain your case" it seems like a command, or you are asking/telling me to explain.

i have always had gyno because im overweighted and bica made it more pointy - increased its size and it bothers me

Some people respond to ralox and nolva and some don't, doesnt hurt to try. I don't think either of those drugs are particularly good with your hair and I know at least one of them has negative effects on your lipids so may not be the safest thing to do long term.

@bridgeburn what did your family and friends say when you suddenly had so much hair in such short period of time? I apologize, if this is a question you have already answeret - it's not exactly the shortest thread anymore!
I worry, cuz baldness is litterely everywhere on both sides of the family, and they would know that something is up, if/when i get regrowth from oestrogen.

hardly anyone saw me without a hat until it started improving cosmetically so I don't think anyone's truly noticed..
though, my uncle asked me if I dyed my hair and my mom thinks I still take natural supplements for it. (cause I used to)

Amazing hair transformation!! Congrats.
I’m 37 yr female. Diagnosed this past year with PCOS, hypothyroid & pre-diabetic. My testosterone & androgen levels (119) were ski high. Long story short, for hair fall/balding I was started on estradiol 5 mg/ml daily topical, progesterone Orally 200 mg daily & spironolactone 100 mg bid . I completed 4 rounds of hair PRP.
Thankful, I have seen some improvement but not as much as I’d like. Suggestions?

You should try flutamide, apparently women have great success with that in terms of hair loss.

how long have you taken it? I suggest flutamide rather than spironolactone as ikarus said
