Same sh1t, the problem with introverts is just that we can't gain joy, or energy from meaningless chitchats.There's a reason for that:

So it's not our fault. The only solution is to maximize our interactions with the right people, those whose interests align with ours, so every conversation could potentially contain more depth. For me personally, this required a complete change of my friend circle and job, but I've no regrets, because I began to enjoy life much more with my current ones.
