In my experience, half measures don't work. Either full HRT or the baldness continues.

Testosterone is great if you are able to maintain your hair with dutasteride. I'm not here to judge you as myself was on hrt but according to my experience hrt was never the answer, because male body does not suppose to run on estradiol.
