Standard transgender dosages apply if you want the drug to work for hair. Start with just E2 and duta and add bica or CPA later on if you want. I use cypionate injections.

it's a slightly contested topic. i use the dosage as recommended by otokonoko pharmaceuticals which to some is considered a bit high, but it works for me. you just have to find an established dosage and try it, then get your levels checked and change dosages accordingly.

I did. Im on 4.5-5 mg per day oral dutasteride. I did a blood test after 2 weeks on it an my dht went from 21 ng/dl to 3.5 ng/dl. I need to recheck it again in early december after two months of use. DHT should be a bit lower by then. Unfortunately my hair issues are still here and miniaturization keep going, but I've been on this dosage for only 3 weeks. I hope I can see regrowth on the next few months(I already have like 7-10 hairs growing thick under trichoscope but for no it is not that worth since there are more miniaturized hairs than terminal ones).

Some say relox only has anti estrogenic effect on breat tissue.

I don’t think is possible to avoid gyno in this type of regimen

I was on dutasteride too, just increased the dosage and stopped bica because it was causing upregulation on my specific case. And yeah I am still on e2
