I did it simply because I hate them so much. The way they ruined my life from a young age and left me traumatized... I wont give them the slightest chance to produce T not even in the worst case scenario where I lose the access to hrt or whatever( that is the main fear I have ever since I started hrt). It just gives me peace of mind.

monotherapy on pills is difficult if you still have your gonads. I would try e2 hemihydrate 8 mg and take 2 mg every 4 hours under your tongue

Yeah i think dutasteride is very important cause dht can be made from adrenal androgens

For optimal hairloss you should use chemotherapy.

just looking for a good dose and schedule for Bica 50mg since everyday is kind of useless due to long half life and I inject 6mg EV every Monday and Friday.

If estrogen and Bica cannot halt your hairloss, then I'm afraid nothing will...Unless you have accessible Darolutamide (somehow) and you're sure to be on a high dose E that would annihilate your Testosterone

Estrogen can replace GnRH because a high dose E will suppress your T

As for Enzalutamide, it's extremely expensive & complicated since it's still on patent and no generics are available atm.

You're better off being on E and raising Bica dose to 150 mg + mandatory liver blood tests every 3 months than being prescribed Enzalutamide

Np man. Im not on HRT atm tho, im literally on mono aspirin and it stoped my hairloss. =)
Regardless, everything you said is still relevant if you're really considering 8mg oral (which is too much, IMO).

I'll take 8 mg sublingual not oral. Since E pills here are (converted to) $5 for 2mg / 28 pills and without prescription . It's very cheap and doable.

I may even raise dose to 10 mg a day but I don't wanna go above 8 mg tbh

Btw how did mono aspirin stop androgenetic alopecia ?
