Question about lithium chloride after wounding: It is true that it is not good to apply where there are some hair follicles but only where everything is a smooth baldness?

It seems widely believed that it takes a minimum of 1.5mm to generate collagen, and there is little concerns about shock loss at this depth. At what depth would you start considering the risk of shock loss?

To all the experienced Derminator users who posted on this thread sharing their knowlegde/experience, thank you!
I have just had my first go on the Derminator today using 1.5mm over whole scalp without any numbing.. I would so far agree with the view of everyone; there was barely any pain. I've applied Minoxidil immediately after microneedling.
Up until now,I had been doing 1mm dermastamping 2-3 times a week. I suppose I shall cut that out and wait until another 4-5 weeks, then do another Derminator session with 2mm depth?

ok. thanks!
Do you think its safe to use it after miconeedling 1.5 mm?
How can i use it? which way?
Thank you. I'm 6-7 Norwood and try to treat it late by an aggressive regimen.

Guys, I've just tried to derminator-wound using 2mm.
To describe the extent of wounding, I don't push much but hold it firmly against scalp. I'd repeat each area until it appears red and weeps a little. Occasionally the weeping blood needed wiping so I could see how far I've wounded each spot.
I found that needles get stuck quite often, which makes me hesitant to go further in fear of tearing. It's almost as though the circular motion gets needle stuck more than back-and-forth motion. I was using fast setting; had it been any slower I would imaging the 'sticking' gets worse, so I went back to 1.5mm....any tips?

After reading the thread i think I'm going to stop rolling and start stamping. Anyone have any recommendations for a derma stamp? Under $50?

guys, i checked some of the stamp and roller you use and recommend. Aew you aware that most of them don't even have the CE logo (Conformité Européenne)? Do you really want put your skin and your blood in contact with that chinese plastic crap?
I didn't stop taking that horrible crap propecia to intoxicate more with china export stuff...
we should be careful.

Guys, what is the diameter of the needles you use? A man that works for the original dermaroller company in germany just told me that their needles are 0,12 mm thick at the base and that needles thicker than that or thicker than 0,2 or 0,3 mm con cause scarring.
Please Tell me your experience, i need to Buy a dermaroller pretty soon.

Derminator uses 0.15mm diameter needles.
I have no idea what thickness the dermastamp needles were that I used prior to that, but that's certainly something to think about.

While we're here, does anyone have any views on using Derminator/dermastamp over the transplanted hair? Obviously not soon after the procedure, but perhaps 2-4 months later when the scalp has full sensation again and new grafts start to come out of resting phase. Would there be any concerns about damaging the grafts?
