Also how can the scalp produce so many more androgens now vs before?

Ideally yes but we don’t know how your body works. It could be that bica is not reaching your follicles enough to block androgens. Your hormonal system is reactive, maybe it’s producing more androgens in response to the rest of your body’s lack androgens. Or maybe it’s just your normal progression
