Personally, if I saw you in the street, I would think you were balding.
It could just be a really shitty hairline, but that doesn't mean you aren't balding too.
My friend had an identical hairline to yours throughout his life and he was slick bald by 20.
Also, your pony tail makes it look worse.

Yea, you definitely have always had a bad hairline, but you can't rule balding out. Just check every 6months and try not to worry about it as you're young.
Go to a derm if you want.
Ya. Definitely doesn't look like you're losing your hair at the moment, but least you're aware at a young age and can be vigilant
