That's accurate af. I become a completely different person everytime i cut myself off from the incel and hateful online forums and communities and spend my time hanging out with normal, socially adjusted people instead. The difference in my personality and mood is day and night. And it feels like the world suddenly somehow changes for the better after you realize how wrong and twisted the worldview you had beforeThere is something called Lasègue–Falret syndrome or folie a plusieurs (shared madness of many) which means that even the sane vulnerable (like you) can succumb to delusion/hallucinations based on essentially hanging with the wrong crowd. It will make your depression, anxiety, OCD increase so much more. So imo cut out places like incel forums or if you're still active with FredTheBelgian and his pad.
I think a form of group therapy helps too. But only with like minded people like yourself who want to get better or those who have overcome the same conditions you have. This forum at the moment is way too toxic for you to get better. There are a few people on here who have great insight and might be able to help you behind the scenes but finding a therapist that fits is the key. That's accurate af. I'm planning on getting off this forum soon and all other negative/hateful forums for that matter and living a positive life instead
No, that was simply YOUR experience. Another fallacy that you often fall prey to.it helped but wasn't that good as many therapists are old and out of touch with reality.

it helped me t0 prevent hair loss
Never listen to a female therapist's op about male pattern baldness. Mine downplayed it as "just hair".
