Slight temple recession but not aggressive at all over an 8 year span during the time when male pattern baldness is supposed to be the most aggressive. Good signs, stay positive and try to stay away from this forum for a few more months.

Would you say my hairline is maturing ? Or is it done maturing?

I think it is done maturing. The pic at 18 looks like a healthy hairline, and now you can see there is some slight recession. Not much though.

Ok is the recession mostly negligible then I’m having a hard time seeing it in the pics. Is it mostly the corner?

Updating. About to hit two months on finasteride. I’ve noticed my hairline tends to shed and regrow a lot. Does it look like my hairline is getting worse? Norwood still a solid 1.5? Also shedding hairs with thick white bulbs. Idk what this could mean, sometimes two hairs are attached to those bulbs.

I am Latino but I have Asian looking hair since it fine. I don’t have thick coarse hair like most Mexicans I inherited my moms fine hair.

If you are Mexican, you are very unlikely to lose hair at a young age. I see more hair loss with Cubans. And latinos from Puerto Rico rarely go bald. I honestly think you won't go bald in the next few decades. You have just lower than average density like I do.

My dad is bald and all his brothers are as well. He’s Mexican with some Italian in him. So I guess there’s some exceptions.
