My experience with dermarolling: Shedding like crazy with 1.5mm. Good regrowth with 1mm. Had almost no effect at .75mm.

Seti and minoxidil. minoxidil is way more potent at regrowth, but seti reduces shedding by ~90%.

I'm using 5% minoxidil diluted to 3% as a vehicle. I dilute with pg and alcohol. Its probably way better than stemox result wise. And don't forget to dermaneedle. I'm experiencing very good regrowth by mixing seti with minoxidil and dermaneedling. You can replace seti with anti-androgen.

Yes - Breezula or CB, which can already be bought from Chinese labs. Winlevi is 1%(?), where is CB is ~5%(?). From their own data, you go back to the baseline after a year on CB. Basically, not strong enough to maintain. But, its a good additive to any regimen since no side-effects.
