I started last week. I'll keep you updated on my progress....
Anybody else doing or done this program? Seems to be a great program with both cardio and weight training and of course diet.
Ok so I've been reading about Toppik, HairSoReal and Dermatch. I am not sure which one to try first for my thin crown area. Also I'm no expert on hair spray as I've never used it, is there a good brand out there that keeps things in place but doesn't make the hair too stiff?
Thanks...
I am about 7 months on propecia and I look about the same. I have added minoxidil (dr lee's xandrox) to the mix now. I think if we had been great responders we would see something by now as far as regrowth. So you may consider minoxidil and if I were you I would start ASAP.
Starting on minoxidil (Xandrox 5%) today. I've been on propecia for 7 months. Seems like I'm about the same (no regrowth) and possibly slightly thinner but hard to say and no dramatic changes since I began in Jan. I didn't take pics so I'm going by memory. I can comb over my thinning vertex and...

I think most people here had a denial stage. Some shorter than others but few went straight to a doctor within the same week or month they found out they were losing hair. After a brief denial period myself I am going to a Derm this week to get on proscar/propecia. I think to myself I should...
found this on web for Telogen Effluvium
You will not have patches of hair loss (bald patches), but rather a generalised thinning
so it seems I have male pattern baldness.
