Hi all I've upped it to 2 x 0.5 dutasteride pills after getting concerned that my diffuse thinking was getting worse. Is dutasteride dose dependant? Would you expect to see an improvement with increased dose? I switched from finasteride about a year ago... Any logic to keeping taking both finasteride...

Thanks for replies. Started on dutasteide 0.5 mg about 6 months back.. Have my wedding in a few months do I've upped it to 1.0 mg... Not sure that makes any difference but gotta try something for this diffuse thinning Current photos below Considering getting a dermaroller to help with...

I gave up finasteride when I started dutasteride... Not sure I've noticed much difference.. Wondering also if there are any good reasons to keep up both?

As topic suggests, my hairloss behind the hairline is beginning to get noticeable to others. I can see right through to my scalp in certain light. Have had some ok maintenance but its just a losing battle. Any last resorts or just save up for surgery? Can surgery do behind the hairline...
