Hair Loss Behind The Hairline (thinning) On Big 3

As topic suggests, my hairloss behind the hairline is beginning to get noticeable to others.

I can see right through to my scalp in certain light. Have had some ok maintenance but its just a losing battle.

Any last resorts or just save up for surgery? Can surgery do behind the hairline, in-fill type work?

Last resort would be dutasteride. Unless you are really desperate (like me) then you could give oral minoxidil and topical estrogen a try.

In my opinion it makes more sense to stabilize further loss before adding more growth aids. So yeah dutasteride first...

Started on dutasteide 0.5 mg about 6 months back.. Have my wedding in a few months do I've upped it to 1.0 mg... Not sure that makes any difference but gotta try something for this diffuse thinning

Doesn't look too bad man. You think switching to dutasteride has halted further hair loss for you?

Maybe consider some type of concealer for your wedding day.
