How Should I Consume Dutasteride? W/o finasteride Or Together?

I'm not getting much out of Finasteride anymore, figured I give Duta a go.

Anything I should think about? When/How should I consume it? Should I take it instead of Finasteride or both but different days? Duta just a 1-2 days of the week, rest fina?

I gave up finasteride when I started dutasteride... Not sure I've noticed much difference..

Yeah, that's what I am curious about, some people use let's say finasteride everyday but add duta at least once a week. Is it just side effect related that people do that or is there no added benefit than consuming it sparingly?

been on dutasteride for about 6 months now 0.5 every day, haven't noticed anything different compared to finasteride, no regrowth, no shed, no sides

Would just use one.

There's really no need to do both.

In fact, start with Finasteride first. If that does the trick, why use something stronger?

I have used finasteride since July/August last year.

Nah only on dutasteride

There are some ideas here on forum that taking both for a month or two could be better, because duta needs some time to build up in your system. If that’s true or not I’m not sure

Some people also take more pills of duta when starting out and than slowly get back to 1 pill a day or even less...

So maybe both daily then... I'm so split on this.

Keep in mind that you will be doing this as a human guinea pig. We have no idea if it is beneficial. We have no idea if it will permanently damage your liver. You will not find one doctor in the world who would recommend this. I have seen one doctor recommend 1 dutasteride a week while on finasteride but he was just taking an educated guess.
