I wouldn't say I have BDD. BDD is when you look fine but you think you have a problem. I would class those with great hair who genuinely think they're loss is awful as BDD. I would also class those who are models but think they're fat as having BDD. I simply am losing hair and look a lot worse...

If you're heading to a NW6 or NW7 a hair transplant will be very difficult unless your expectations are extremely low. You won't get anything approaching a full head of hair.
