i don't like running much either, there's always the shock impact when you land. i know it can't be good for your joints.

however; i'm not much for cycling, as i find it makes my legs feel cramped up, and i wont swim because of my hair. i'll feel too self concious if my hair is wet and there are people around (also i'm a bit self concious as you know about my weight too, so i dont' like taking my shirt off).

So i guess running is the only thing for me at this point in time.

Yes, run, and run HARD. Push your limits everytime you run. My friend that lost the huge amount of weight would be completely drenched in sweat after he ran. He would push his limit all the time. Just eat right, run, and lift some weights too. By doing resistance training you can increase the amount of fat free mass you have which in itself is metabolically expensive so you can burn even more calories! You can do it!
