im overweight so maybe thats why it is like that. but my penis sometimes seems really shrunken when flaccid and sometime it looks normal. whats the cause of it? it also feel numb
who else has flaccid penis that change sizes?

Maybe it's hard-flaccid syndrome. Then the penis isn't flexible while it's flaccid, and bending it might feel uncomfortable.

There are many reasons for this: obesity, heart disease, medications or even alcohol. My friend had a similar situation and when he was at the doctor he was told that he had ED due to a hormonal failure. He is being treated but sometimes buys medication (usually Generic Cialis ) to improve his erection. I think you should definitely see a doctor if you have such symptoms because you can't diagnose yourself!
