If you have NW6 in the family then I think you might want to go with Dutasteride as finasteride may not be strong enough.
That's a trade off people are willing to make. We know our hair loss will progress, we know we have a finite amount of grafts, but the tradeoff - to not look bald.balding while we're still young, is worth it. Most people find their careers, their wives or future wives in their 20s and early 30s. That is the time we need to look best and be our most confident. Not when we're 40, not when we're 50 (by which time a cure will surely exist?), and certainly not when we're 50 or 60.
Speak for yourself, I'm never getting married. I gotta be able to pull hot younger women well into my 50s. THAT'S real pressure.
that's reserved for men of Brad Pitt calibre. Let's be real here.
No man is pulling hotties in his 50's unless he's always been a STUD, and maintains a full head of hair.

Very True. That's like how can a low Norwood explain what it's like to be a high Norwood, right Fred?I like how guys in their 20s can explain what it's like to be in your 50s.

One point about when to have hair transplant: At any age, don't get a hair transplant when you are not able to think clearly about it i.e if you are extremely upset about your hairloss. If you are very upset you are likely to be too vulnerable to pressure and insecurity, and you may make an impulsive decision you may live to regret. When I first started losing my hair I was so messed up emotionally about it any decision I would have made about hair transplant would have been bad. If you are thinking about hair transplant do it at a time when things are relatively stable, both from a hairloss and an emotional POV.
Anyone know how much this costs?
