From all the diet plans, what is the most effective?

You just have to look at the evidence to see what is the most effective diet. Vegan's are by far and away the slimmest sector of the population and the only group that consistently fall within the normal BMI index. FACT.

Growth even at 1IU / day can lead to irreversible side effects health-wise tho. That’s the drawback :/
Numerous men and women will run the course for fat loss on a 10-week program, with a dose of 2-4 IU every day for five days regularly, for 4-6 months, to shed excessive excess fat and enjoy ideal body formula. Most forums advocate 4 IU per day is the best way to attain the results you require. But again the role of this hormone in the metabolism. HGH shots in men and women in reducing the level of fat we gain by speeding up our metabolism and enhancing muscle mass. A quicker metabolism really helps to burn much more body fat, along with the more muscles we have the better calories we burn, even at sleep. :)

Healthiest diet is Mediterranean. Add the positive genetic effects of intermittent fasting and you amplify it. Throw in 30 minutes of HIIT four days a week and your on your way to super health.

Diets are not sustainable. Stick to a healthy life style. Whole plant based most of the time. Meat, fish and eggs occasionally and intermittent fasting every now and then.

Needless to say, processed food and refined sugars is a completely NO NO.

"If it is a plant, eat it" " if it is made on a plant, do not eat it"

Less body fat, I don't feel sluggish like I usually do after eating bread or pasta, higher levels of energy, better supply of protein to build muscles, and it's much easier to keep my weight in check, especially as I'm getting close to my 30's and it can really be a struggle. Most people my age are getting quite fat and I suspect it's because of this "mainstream" diet that's pushed on us.

Not all diets that make you look better are healthy in the long. Not saying that it is better than a mainstream diet by the way, especially a standard American diet.

Those things are strongly individual. Some diets are good for one people and totally useless for others. You have to consult a specialist to know better which diet plan to choose.

Just proper nutrition and sport. I sat on different diets for a long time, and when I stopped, I gained weight. Therefore, I just eat the right food and do not eat sweets.

Intermittent fasting combined with ketogenic diet is the best you can do to improve every aspect of your health, it can even slow down aging, reverse type 2 diabetes and prevent cancer.

Not for everyone. If you are prone to heart disease (#1 killer in the US) a whole foods plant based diet will help you a lot more health wise.

A nutritionist put me on this and I love doing it:

Weigh yourself, note the pounds (needs to be done using pounds). Each meal, make the meal as many calories as you weigh in pounds.

After the first meal of the day (one should eat soon after getting up), next time you feel hungry check the time and wait 30 minutes. If after 30 minutes you are still hungry, eat another meal (always making the meal as many calories as you weigh in pounds). Rinse and repeat all day.

This diet requires you keep on hand little easy to eat meals and things, and over time I've become pretty handy at planning and making these.

Once a week you weigh yourself and re-set how many calories per meal you eat, by doing so.

You don't worry about EXACT calories, just try to make the meal the right amount of calories, within reason.

The diet works best if you hydrate, and try to focus on meals that are a variety of nutritious stuff. You have to include alcohol in your calorie count, or you may find yourself making slower progress than you otherwise would, obviously (people don't realize, sometimes, just how many calories there are in alcoholic beverages).

Also you have to keep in mind calories taken in via coffee and/or tea, some people don't "count" those but your body does count them whether you do or not.

Even if you, in your first week, are eating garbage and having to eat these meals frequently, you are still training your stomach to get accustomed to small meals, which means gradually you will tend to eat less overall.

whatever works for you. I always had trouble with visceral fat. Still do to a degree. I was only eating fresh fruits, veggies, lots of protein minimal carbs, and I work out a lot.
I eventually dropped fruit in favor of extra veggies. That actually gave me the boost to trim up a bit more.
Im a firm believe that experimentation and even variety work best.

From all the diet plans, what is the most effective?

The one with regular exercise, your body will start to demanding more nutrient foods while you exercise, it will come very naturally to you.

So must effective, the one with exercise, everything else with "eat yourself skinny" is just another way to starve yourself and it is not good for your body, you will gain weight pretty fast after a "diet" like that.

But in short, a lifestyle change that contains exercise. Diets are for magazines
