This sums up the entire hair loss community. The moron who made the site realizes 2020 is gonna be as empty as 2005 and a cure is 2020 years away, so he deliberately spreads false information. The average hair loss talk member (i.e @Ollie ) automatically bites the lie and registers it as “scientific proof”. So once more time passes and none of it becomes reality, the average hair loss talk member blames Tsuji and Riken, screaming “why u lie bro I want my hair back” or “I don’t understand, it was in the paper!”. Meanwhile all this time you have exaggerated and turned Tsuji into a magical cure, giving false hope to the user.

this is why you should all shut the fcuk up and understand this is nothing more than air at this point. Whether it works and when is unknown to us all and it certainly won’t take a fcuking year. Or two.

Except that we will have multiple treatments in phase 3 trials in 2020 which hasn’t been seen in decades, but sure 2020 is going to be just as empty as 2005 lol

We are pleased to announce that the 2020 RIKEN BDR-CuSTOM Joint Symposium in Kobe “Integrated organoid science: Stem cells, Engineering, Medicine,” will be held on March 4 and 5, 2020 at the RIKEN Center for Biosystems Dynamics Research (BDR) in Kobe, Japan.

The discovery of the self-organization processes in stem cell culture systems has enabled researchers to generate three-dimensional mini-organs or so-called “organoids” in the lab, and has consequently propelled stem cell research into a new dimension, with applications in human developmental biology, drug discovery for rare diseases as well as in vitro analyses of inter-organ connections. Recent improvements in organoid culture technologies have been achieved through interdisciplinary researches between wide-ranging fields including biomaterial engineering and microdevice technologies, in addition to basic stem cell biology. The organoids being generated, however, are still small and immature, and there remains a need to understand the basic principles of the self-organization phenomena as well as develop breakthroughs in culture technology to generate mature functional organs. This symposium will bring together scientists from fields of stem cell biology, engineering, chemistry and information science to share the latest cutting-edge research in organoid biology and its social implementation, and also discuss the future tasks of this research area.

Topics will include:
(1) The principles of self-organization
(2) Modeling development and disease
(3) Engineering approaches
(4) New technologies
(5) Brain organoids (Memorial session for Dr. Yoshiki Sasai)

The program will include both oral and poster sessions. We encourage the submission of abstracts for the poster session from scientists working in various fields to increase opportunities for lively and exciting discussions. Several abstracts will be selected for oral presentations.

he’s not even talking about hair btw. Believe me, this whole concept may very well not work ever. It’s not just the 20 years you gotta worry about. 20 years would be necessary to reach this particular concept to a level where it is viable and efficient. And I got these morons here talking about “a complete hair loss cure” ready in 2020-2021. I mean can you blame me for ripping on them?

I think honestly there’s more chance of someone finding a miracle drug within the next 10 years, than hair cloning being a thing. Hair is just so surprisingly complex.

Combining the new “upcoming” drugs (Samumed, Breezula, Microneedling & minoxidil) will probably be the best we have for quite a long time. This, plus a hair transplant is what I think will be closest thing to a “cure”.

True, in the UK/US at least. The treatment in this thread I assume will go through the Japanese “fast track” process, only needing 1 successful trial to be commercialised. This will significantly reduce the time taken to market, however will only be available in Japan.

Still, until we get study results and physical photos of before & after, I just think everyone should hold back their excitement, at least, until proven otherwise.

The other one to watch here is the TissUse Smart Hair Transplant, which seems to be on a faster track to release, but I don't know much about that one.

He called the conference crap. At least I hope... Because otherwise he must be brain dead.

Is someone in this forum who has an example that a milestone in development of a drug or medical procedure was announced in a conference?

But even if not conferences show progress! Because no one would attend and speak at a conference if they haven't something to tell. But I also don't expect tsuji to talk about a release date or confirm if 2020 is still the plan.

PS: No one with high scientific standards so please don't refer to brotzu.

But human trials haven't been conducted or even announced yet. I'm a believer in Tsuji's technology but I can't find any indications that trials are about to begin, so there must be things they're still working through. It seems that J Hewitt's Smart Hair Transplant will be available much sooner and for a much more reasonable price.

they said they would start testing on humans in 2019 .Its 2020 and the same story every years .... blabla blabla , conferences , stem cells ... but start the test in human namely when ...
