Do you guys think I may be better off doing something like this? I honestly feel that at my stage of the game (i.e., beginner) as long as I'm lifting a couple times a week and adding weight I'll be okay (hopefully).

Your cravings aren't going to go away overnight, and that's why you need to start training yourself not to have them. It's a smart idea to eat a healthy diet.

I twisted my back weirdly when taking weight off the bar on Friday, so I'm taking a few days off. However, I'm slowly making gains; I can finally do a 1 max rep bench of my body weight so I think I'm getting there. I'm still doing the Greyskull routine I posted earlier. I kind of like the simpleness of full body routines vs PPL, but I think I'll probably switch to a PPL down the line.
