You are headed for a high Norwood if you go off treatments, I would stay on them and keep your head buzzed. It doesn't look great necessarily, of course we would all want our original thick full head of hair, but it is infinitely better than being slick bald.

How does it frame me head though, the hairline still is mostly invisible from the front! Is this shitty hair worth the side effects of lower collagen and DHT? I could get bigger in the gym, my dick might get bigger (my gf's actually afraid of this prospect lol, different story) and my face would look better, less bloated and younger. It's hard to justify all of that in exchange for this terrible, shitty hair.

I do not see regrowth whatsoever, and that 'regrowth' is most likely due to the oral minoxidil. If I was you, I wouldn't add an anti-estrogen since that is most likely ruining your chances. You won't experience feminising effects; I haven't seen a single person who has had feminisation from finasteride.

I honestly believe that you could have seen such significant regrowth if you didn't use an anti-estrogen. Finasteride/dutasteride along with oral minoxidil would have been a great combination.

Well you’re starting place in the initial post wasn’t a good spot either to be honest... so maybe you did maintain but it was a bit too late.

I’d keep it buzzed the way you have it and just dump some toppik in. The photos you posted with toppik look pretty good.

On a side note, you look to be in better shape than that first thread. Congrats on that.

I think your hair looks fine for your age with the toppik (better than bald at least) I’d probably keep it how it is and just apply toppik. I’m already putting toppik in and I’m 22.

I think it’s hard to tell. Regardless, I think you look better now without the longer hair coverup game.

It’s also good that you started working out (I’m guessing). You OVERALL look better in your recent photos with toppik then you did when you even started in my opinion.

Tough call my dude. If you drop oral propecia then your hair is done, no going back. I vote try a lower guard or even razor while continuing atleast oral finasteride. If you like it long term then drop finasteride

I did a no guard around a year ago and I liked it even though I’m definitely not suited for it (skinny with baby face). I think you should give the no guard a try, if you don’t like it then you just have to wait 3 weeks for it to grow back
