Idk how its so hard to compare your own hair to people who clearly do not have hair (whether it’s thinning or receding) and come to the conclusion that yours looks nothing like it

BDD just warps your mind. my ex used to think she was morbidly obese when she was only a little chubbby at worst during the winter. I remember when we were 18 and took some E I told here to look into the mirror and try to really see herself. she broke down and cried and gazed for hours, the whole duration of the high/trip, into the glass. just to illustrate, BDD is no joke. like all forms of mental illness you lose your rationality
also many people interpret the norwood scale wrongly. a nw1 already has very minor areas of recession at the hairline, it's not straight across like a child's hairline. you can see it in OPs first pictures where he has buzzed his hair; he's a fullhead but his hairline is not straight, so when those little temple hairs go, like in 99% of caucasian men, many people panic

You have no hair loss and your scalp shouldn’t look like that after micro needling. Wtf dude

Photos are deceiving. We have the same exact hair type. If I were to buzz mine, it would look like yours when I take a photo… as in you would be able to see a lot of scalp. Grow your hair out, you have good density to do so.
You should consider Finasteride and minoxidil if you want to have the best shot
I am afraid of side effect of Finasteride.
