Consider taking finasteride and ditching those supplements if they are expensive. Maybe Minoxidil if you want more density and are willing to stay on it forever. You seem to be diffuse thinning in the front and midscalp but are in a very good spot and finasteride may be enough to keep good hair.

I wouldn’t use finasteride just yet. You have fine hair. Shaved with bad light makes you look like you’re diffusely thinning. I don’t believe thats the case, atleast not yet. Your hairline is good and your density is certainly there. Continue with your supplements for now.

It's strange how buzzed hair can make hair loss look 10x worse, is that the true density of the hair or just that the hairs are shorter? I've seen full heads who shaved their heads and it looked like they were diffuse thinning when they weren't.

By the way, I use derma roller for my hair once a week. Its size is 2mm and I stoped using hairforte %3 procapil.
I continue to take evocapil intensive capsule, d3 vitamin, and Xpecia.

I think it looks better because it's grown out, not because of supplements, if you have male pattern baldness they won't do much to combat DHT.
