Ummm... You can't really do much with that thin hair and those temples, tellersquill.
Sure you can. Just style it up and use a little toppik. That's what I do.

You can easily mess it up for coverage:

Or just embrace the lost temples and style it to f***:

What do you mean?

Look at the picture again. You think that is hard to style?

Depends.

If your entire temple points bald with your temples then it will be impossible to style.

Temple points are still fully exposed, then you can go for elaborate comb overs, and still push the illusion of a full head of hair.

Once your temple points go from <| to | ontop of loosing your temples.

It's game over.

Always look like trash

The second picture reminds me of Jude Law's hairline in Alfie(2004):

That's the style I'd do if I lost more around my temples.

And this was him in 1999:

So you can see even though he has less hair he looks like he has a lot more.

But in my opinion, both look good.

It looks ok for Law, because he still has temple points. It is absolutly crucial to keep these. A Norwood 3 with temple points is totally different from one without.

Barely has them.

Diffused to the point where they have went from terminal brown to incel-telogen-blonde

This one only looks good on some people:

But you don't have to brush it forwards to hide it. If you are brave you can do this:

A variant of the 'just imagine you have hair!" advice from my grandmother.
If you open your mind, you will realize this is the most genial advice ever given. Old people's wisdom ALWAYS wins :)

I don't think I like this style. There is too much product on too little hair.
Which one? The second image?

I love the 50's style hair cuts. Here's how it looks on a full head:

Obviously you need the clothes and body to pull it off but it looks great IMO.

The second one. The gel makes the head too heavy and it seems thinner. Probably the second picture could look better with hair combed to the back.

I like 50's style as well but you really need a minimum of density.
