Talking About Bdd, This Guy Have It The Worst.

Thought my BDD is bad enough - Stress over 10 hair loss every day + Norwood 1. but just look at the first set of pictures, WTF?

a hair transplant was definitely warranted for that man, he was obviously diffusing at front, if not an nw3, then definitely nw2.5 diffuse

I am so confused.. i agree with OP that guy to me was NW2 at worst, possibly NW1.5 in maybe probably his 50s, but when i posted my pics at 20 years old at what i called NW2.5 and close to NW3 i was called BDD and had NW2 and even somebody said i was NW1.5? Here are the pics i posted.. I am NW2.5 right?

Your hairline is still solid NW2 to me, look again at the first pic in the OP post, his hairline is very light with some random density holes, you don't have that, only receiding

Looking twice i do see what you mean, finasteride would probably have fixed that for him though. My hairline is a deep V. ( never was straight like most people though ) I feel minoxidil has strengthend my hairline as before, especially at the corners it was thinner but now it is stronger and overall just looks better. I hope i can get to NW1.5 by one year lol.

It sounds doable, you tackled this early and there's already plenty of vellus hair in your hairline

Would you get a transplant? I think you’d need it to get back to NW1.5 or NW1. Might be hard because your hair is so damn thick the transplants will be a mile from the density of the natives though

Don't know if this guy tried big 3 yet, but I guess most of people on this forum will kill for a NW2 at 50 right? That way, you can just pop one pill a day and die with a full head of hair.

Would only get a transplant at NW3.5 when meds wear off and hopefully something better comes out, ive seen some good results but im quite sure i have bad donor hair so best wait til im noticably bald, I hope that doesnt happen

I think it's an incredible result. What fantastic final density! Did he need it? No. Is it enviable? Absolutely! Who wouldn't love to have a hairline like that at that age. That's amazing.

Unfortunately for me that's not I've been receding, I've been blessed with my uncle's stupidass mid life crisis class A balding. I'm legit super anxious about trying out finasteride but it's only a matter of time.

diffusing norwood 2 in my book. His hairline is basically ewan mcgregors and noone would say he is beyond a NW2.

guess it doesn't really matter anyway, the Norwood scale is heavily skewed by the skull and the lines are often blurred.

Dont worry about finasteride, you probably wont get sides! Even if you do it is reversable. Dont buy into the whole take one pill and get a floppy dick forever nonsense. NW2 is badass, although im not exactly one, my receding points are high and it looks a bit dumb. What type of hair loss do you have? Crown thinning?
