Starting Finasteride This Week. Anyone Else?

Noticed a red dot on my left temple today... I obviously still have some scalp inflammation at day 15, super bummed as I thought it was overall improving.
Not sure if propecia is working for me guys... I’m gonna stick with it but not optimistic

I had it before starting propecia, just not too strong. When I tried propecia and stopped I got it really bad... it was terrible. Now that I’m back on it’s much better but not gone.
I don’t think it’s a common side, for most people it really helps with inflammation actually

Bit of a headache today but I generally suffer with headaches anyway and it's probably more linked to the fact I need an updated eye test!

Hey @AnxiousAndy , i have tingly nipples all of a sudden, i drink a ton of alcohol every day and i am on finasteride. Should i be worried?.

Nah, tingly nipples isn't a sign of gyno. Its when your nipples start to hurt and are sensitive to touch is when you know it's coming.

Touch as in a gentle touch?, or if I squeeze them? . When i pinch them they hurt...

If anyone pinches their nipples it would hurt lol. Yes as in a gentle touch, when I lightly touch mine I feel some minor pain.

Okay thanks mate, im only asking because Alcohol increases estrogen and so does finasteride so i am walking on egg shells here lol.

Refrain from alcohol to preserve a lower Norwaad number
Tingly nipples and chram is something you should be monitoring closely, it can be a sign of temple recession

I take mine before i go sleep
I am picking up my prescription tomorrow. Mostly looking to try and regrow my hairline. Crown is still decent. I have read some success stories on here regarding hairline regrowth so hopefully it goes well. Have a 6 month prescription. Also picking up nizoral and have some min at home and a 6 month prescription in the mail. Fingers crossed!

I keep starting and thinking that it’s giving me a weird sensation in my chest area. I’ve been taking it every other day for only a week and have already had to stop. I’m not sure if this could be in my head

Like 0.25 every other day ? My hair loss isn’t terrible maybe it’ll could work ?
