I can't really say, my father is norwood 3 at 70 years of age. His brother is 4 at 60 and was 3 at about 45. But i don't look like them, I look like my mother and her father died when she was young. By the old pictures he seemed to have issues on his har, not completely bald but clearly with male pattern baldness. I think i would be around norwood 4/5 but it is unpredictable.
