Rogaine foam (update, I gave it a shot) Growing hair again!

I currently use nioxin shampoo, and just bought a 3 month supply of rogaine foam. Nioxin states that one should not use any other hair products while using nioxin. Do you think that the foam and nioxin shampoo will conflict with eachother?
