phase 2 results tanked I don't see what you are looking for in trying to pump new blood in a dead horse. Most companies go thru "all of this" for the same reason, to find a treatment. Are you suggesting everyone should stop research just in case they end up with a "wonky" product?

What I'm saying is that I don't understand why Shiseido and Replicel are having such a big battle about licensing rights for a product that doesn't seem to work. I said nothing about stopping research.

Fcking joke company like Follica, I doubt their treatments will be on the market by 2030 at this rate.
Ladies and gents, The specialist of microneedling has spoken. Who cares about Follica released on the market, since the protocol can be replicated with current OTC products? And why caring about Replicel with results inferior to minoxidil?

I don't get it. What happens now ?

it is a nice situation forced By RepliCel.
Shiseido is doing clinical trials to find the Most effective dosis For the Cell based treatment since the Last year. Now they should know whether it is Worth to commercialize RCH-01 or not.

now Replicel set Shiseido under pressure with their law strategy.

Shiseido has 2 options:
- Option Nr. 1: Fight For the hairloss product. (Share their data with Replicel to fullfill the contract. Or Buy the worldwide rights For commercilaizing RCH-01)
——> we would have the clearity that RCH-01 Works and will be commercilaized possibly in 2023

Option Nr. 2: Shiseido gives a f*** on this arbitration and give up the clinical trials bow
Because the product isnt effective enough
—> we would have the clearity that RCH-01 Doesnt work and would neither be commercilized By Shiseido nor By replicel.

we will finally know about Shiseidos strategy in a couple of weeks because RepliCel Did this Action Right now. They Seem very confident about their legal action But After all the Most important is that Shiseido will confirm that the RCH-01 is going to happen. It is now all or nothing

The licence agreement has just been terminated. I don't know what more you need to understand this RCH-01 treatment is a joke.

If this RCH-01 treatment is a joke Why Shiseido is doing a dose finding study now and is rigoros fighting For Holding their License against a Little penny Stock Company like Replicel? Why they make such Big efforts For a joke treatment ??

Shiseido News Release 19th octobre 2021:

On Filing for International Arbitration by RepliCel Based on Terminated Contract
On October 18, 2021 (PDT), RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. (headquartered in Vancouver, Canada; CEO and President: Lee Buckler; “RepliCel”), a Canadian bio-venture company, announced on its website that it had filed for international arbitration in accordance with the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) Rules against Shiseido Company, Limited (the “Company”) regarding the Company’s termination of the Collaboration and Technology Transfer Agreement regarding hair cell technology in 2016.
It is the Company’s policy to refrain from comments at this stage, except to say that the Company believes the allegations made by RepliCel lack merit and it will vigorously defend the action.
In the event that any matters requiring disclosure arise in the future, the Company will promptly announce such matters.

Sorry to be pessimistic about this but:
- First, listed companies must publicly disclose their litigations when they arise;
- Second, Shiseido's interest is to claim it will commit its best efforts (the latter being legally non-binding) to fight against any action intended, to prevent any stock price dip;
- Third, Shiseido's press release was issued on October 19th. Replicel's announcement of license agreement termination with Shiseido was released one month later, which clearly means the arbitration case is moving in one direction.

Sorry if this may sound pedantic; it really ain't my intent. I work in finance and I have seen these litigations just too many times.

do You really think that the stock Price will dip If Shiseido Loses the rights For RCH-01? Most of their shareholders don’t Even know this technology…

Keep expectations low with this guys.

Btw, there's a better alternative that actually has more chance of being available to us soon: Hairclone.
This you?

Date: 2020. (also lol did you save my posts?)

sh*t changes. But I still support what I said back then with the info available at that time. And @RolfLeeBuckler raises some interesting points, it's still not completey game over with RCH and Shiseido although it's not looking good.

Let's hope HMI-115 isn't the next flop.
It's called search feature. Funny we both had the same information in 2020, yet one of us came to the correct conclusion while the other did not. You seemed very certain back then lol

I don't care. I'm hyped for Hairclone now, hope they will deliver. And there's still a small chance we'll hear more from RCH so it's not completely over yet.
Hairclone is a lot more interesting, let's hope they can get fast track approval in the UK

Have you seen their science? Does it look legit to you?

I saw a video a while back and it was something to do with replenishing the stem cells which are escaping the follicle or whatever I believe
