Random Guy With Really Bad "haircut" (photos)

This guy i randomly found on fb is around 60y old and i guess he still hasn't accepted the fact that he is balding.
I think its more than time to shave it off as i doubt he is on some kind of treatment. What i dont understand is how the F nobody tells him idk family friends cooworkers that this "haircut" looks ridiculous. Or is he just happy with that.
