I won’t go too much into detail, and would rather have this thread be based on visuals. But, a background story: initially, I started with estradiol and spironolactone in March, and then added dutasteride in April. I discontinued the use of spironolactone in late May due to side effects (e.g. vertigo, tiredness, nausea) and switched to bicalutamide. Ultimately, I have been using estradiol for seven months, dutasteride for six months and bicalutamide for five months. Progress Before Month Two: Dutasteride Shed Month Four: Improvements Month Five: Improvements Month Six: Compare to Before Pictures (Parting Image: that’s the parting if the new hairs are pushed down instead of sticking up) - Month 6.5: Dilemma Nowadays, my goal is to improve the frontal area; that area in particular was hit the hardest. It’s an unusual situation, since the hairline has improved significantly and has thickened more than the frontal. The areas which have had the greatest improvements in density are the vertex, mid-sections and hairline, in particular. Due to the severity of the frontal, it’s expected that the area will take approximately five more months to reach a desirable improvement (which will be my one year mark). If there is an improvement earlier than the approximate, that will be noted here along with images.
