Hey. Didn’t have aggressive male pattern baldness to start. But I’m not maintaining on finasteride, I’ve been on it for over a year. I’m 26
If the after photos are really the after pics you have actually improved.
We often get paranoid about stuff like this. One day you feel like the hair is steadily improving then you think it is actually declining and on another day it seems to have stayed the same but you feel bummed because it doesn't seem like the medication is doing anything and it's just a matter of time until you start losing ground again. I think this is for many of us an endless cycle here where you are optimistic one day and mentally down another day.after pics are real! Idk why I’m bugging then, maybe my hairline improved but my overall density feels much lower
I have to disagreeIt definitely looks like your hair loss progressed and finasteride doesnt help much. Consider taking duta or maybe hold on few years and when you are older get on spironolactone or estrogen.
Could it be because I’m using “Hims” finasteride now instead of from like a Walgreens or CVS? I signed up “for hims” so that I could get the finasteride delivered
What do you think about hair that I’m not maintaining ?Yes and switching brands can have an effect, legit Merck Propecia always wins from my friend who had similar nightmare switching to generic......

I've yet to see someone get significantly below base line while taking finasteride properly.
