Over masturbation most possibly can accelerate male pattern baldness in genetically susceptibles

I think if NoFAP actually worked, you would be worse off for it to be honest.

I mean, what's the point. It is a Catch 22 like the following situation...

Everything you do in life leads to one thing --> death.

So if you're trying to hold onto life for as long as possible do you just try to not do anything?

If so, you're not living life, so why try to prolong it?

I find the NoFAP to save hair logic is roughly in the same arena.

I considered this as well. It might be just in my head. Because as you said, I can't be hyper and hypo at the same time. It's like saying positive numbers are negative at the same time.

To add to the list of ironic symptoms, I gain weight easily, but also lose weight easily. My metabolism isn't low or high, but when I do exercise, I burn fat way easier than other people.
My resting heart rate is fine, but when I exercise, my heart rate soars more/more easily than other people. I have no idea how I am experiencing both spectrums of the world at the same time, which confuses the heck out of me.

The only reason I believe I have some kind of thyroid issue is family history. My parents are experiencing hypothyroidism, but it could be due to age and menopause. As you pointed out, nothing is confirmed until blood test is done, but I am just reluctant to get blood test done, probably because I do not see a pressing need (irony again). I will eventually get blood test done and share the result when it happens.

I definitely agree overdoing supplements is not a good idea. At one point, I was taking about 15 different pills a day, thinking that it would help me fix health/hair issues. It probably did more harm to me by damaging kidney/liver. I dropped it to 8 and will continue to drop the ones I find useless. Again, thanks for the insight.

I'm new so I don't want to cause an argument here but if nofap helps keep your hair, why are a lot of catholic people bald? There has been a fair few bald priests and popes as well.

Hahaha It was half joke half serious but yeah some probably do lie and we all know about what some get up to in their spare time.

Really? I didn't know that, don't monks get castrated though?

Get a blood test, fairly simple to check your TSH and T3/T4 levels. One vial and 24 hours of time and your doctor can tell you. Don't be lazy, get it done!

Make yourself useful and provide us links to the before and after photos for nofap, cheese, and wheat blogs. I've only seen people hypothesize on these things. Never saw any hard evidence.

My favorite part about the NoFAP horde. This just cracks me up. Rather than provide proof that NoFAP helps they say prove it doesn't. Not how science works little man. That's like when morons peddling religion on campus say "Prove God DOESN'T exists". Retards believe in this logic.

but it will restore androgen levels especially dht levels back to growth supporting levels.

Another purely speculative claim by DPS, love it. :bravo:

If this was proven to be true, the doctor would prescribe NoFAP to a bald person. lmao

Well, monks who go bald are severely genetically susceptibles....They have normal DHT levels like us,so they will suffer male pattern baldness irrespective of fapping or not....
What I am saying is that "over" fapping (& not only fapping) like an addict can accelerate male pattern baldness...Notice,I highlighted the word OVER...Some guys dont understand the points & their biological knowledge is hence questionable....I never talked about fapping at normal rate,I am talking about about over masturbation(like 2-3 times a day).......
Actually this little xperiment should be "minimum fapping" & not "no fapping".....But,if there is truely a link between the two, then "no fap" will work better.....Its only a hypothesis so we are trying it in real world & observing if it works or not.....If it does'nt work then the hypothesis is wrong, thats it...Nothing more or nothing less than that....

Are you sure about this? From what I read previously, nofap can increase sensitivity to androgen receptors, which is the reason for many people claiming grandiose effect nofap has on confidence, increased libido, more muscle mass, deeper voice, etc. I never saw a posting that backs up nofap restoring DHT levels in the body.

Fapping 2-3 times a week & fapping 2-3 times a day(or more) is a huge, huge difference....Thats what I am talking about.....This xperiment is to minimise the fapping as much as possible & not totally stopping it.....Those who cant understand this simple statement (haters) are retards.....Albeit all is purely hypothetical (which may be false also) & is not yet proven....We are doing it just to see if it works or not....

I think most of us are on the same page. I don't expect to see results and doubt it would work. But since I wanted to do this anyway I might as well document the hair factor part of it. It's as easy as taking a photo every week. No big deal.

On a side note everyone needs to stop calling each other retards and telling each other they are unintelligent. Most of us are grown men. This isn't grade school.
AGREE....

On a serious note, for the guys that believe that there is a link between masturbation and hair loss, the best way to gain credibility is to provide conclusive pics. Just like with any other treatment, the first thing people want to see after claims of effectiveness are pics.

I ****ed up again , shame on me , I'd better remove this counter.

edit : I'll tell you about my hair tomorrow or the day after (if it did fall out more than usual)

edit 2 : @fredthebelgian & his cronies , if you have any disobliging comments please keep them for yourselves , because right now I am quite pissed off , I've taken this thing so tragically that it's like I am mourning someone.

Not trying to talk crap, but would one relapse just put you back to square when it comes to your hair?

I have to echo what Notcoolanymore asked. According to your "theories", does one relapse really reverses the supposed effects on the hair? I ask because you seem to be the only user that has posted pics on the nofap process, which even if it proves nothing it says you are trying.

sorry fred but it is not healthy and is very very harmful.
I wont bother explaining why it is so to someone who is not capable of understanding basic spirituality and is bound to think as scientists tell him to think.

there are plenty of evidence to show over fapping is not healthy and is harmful.
and all the evidence you will bring to claim the contrary are flawed in their core, therefor nothing will change your mind.

Yet more proof than all nofappers are in fact compulsive pornography viewers who project their self-hatred onto others.

LOL you didn't take monkeys warning.
