10mg cetirizine hydrochroride pills can be bought 30 for a quid, what would the hydrochloride be doing to you if you were to make a topical of that?

why would it not work... PGD2 needs CRTH2 to function... blocking CRTH2 would certainly reduce levels of PGD2. What is going on with you? been reading hairsite too much?

no, I'm just a bit depressed because I'm seeing my hairline being completely destroyed...

OC000459 should be ready by begin June, if there are no delays..

I'm pretty sure the hydrochloride is just here to make it into a form that is water soluble.

Pretty funny an over the counter hayfever tablet might be one of the most powerful male pattern baldness treatment obtainable.

i am going to use a 1% solution in a 50/50 ethanol pg solution, i cant wait to try this aswell as RU i hope they both compliment each other.

BTW i am going to post every week using this treatment and maybe take photos aswell to track progress

Boldy can you give a date for when this is ready and PM me ive got alot of £££ at the moment.

im actaully willing to buy 5 grams or so to give out to people to try

I Guess exacteley as we request..

Since they are using pills in the trials, I assume its a stable structure, and that it could be stored at room temperature like the most oral drugs.

so I guess in a normal package.

If the studie is right, It should reduce +- 50% PGD2, that would be awsome start and in combination with OC, Perfect!!!






If I get my old nw0 back, I will be the happiest man in the WORLD, After all these suffer reasearch, Hours on the forums, and so on, Finally some rewarding.

But I guess I cant be to happy, intill I see with My own eyes what CRTH2 is capable of...

Lets hope so, it's not exactly difficult to come by and dirty cheap.

The studies say it should reduce PGD2 and increase PDE2, at doses much smaller than what I'm using, so I'm convinced its going to be doing that on my scalp... the issue has to be if postandrogens are infact responsible for hair shrinking and dying on our heads or not, or else its all a waste of time.

I crushed and dissolved 5mg of Cetrizine HCL (Zyrtec) into a 60ml bottle of 5% minoxidil. Super low dose but according to that one study it should still be more than they used. Boldy, how much did you use?

5MG/ cetrizine and 5 mg levocetrizine per 2 ML

in 96% ethanol.

I use it like 3-4 times a day without sides.

Man, all I want is something that will at least stop loss completely and is applied once a day before bed...I'd be happy with that -- then hair transplant to bring back my front and I would be content....I can live with a thin top if my front half is relatively full
