Hair loss began at a very early age, around 14 years (today I am 33) (I remember I was in 3rd ESO). By 18/19 I was almost ready, with very very fine hair all over my head, at which time I went to a dermatologist, who prescribed me finasteride, minoxidil and a frequently used shampoo. The improvement in 6 months was absolutely brutal, I had more hair than in my whole life.
I continued taking the finasteride approximately until 24/25 years, at which time I left it for the side effects. I have to clarify that I did not know anything that could generate side effects, and when I began to see that the thing did not work as it should, it was when I began to investigate on the subject.
Since then I have only been with Minoxidil. I have to say that even years after leaving the fine I had very good hair, but in the last 6 years that I have been with my current partner, alopecia has advanced a lot and today is in a high degree (which I do not know how to classify ).
At the moment I use Minoxidil Viñas twice a day, shampoo with ketoconazole three times a week (I started not long ago) and the rest of days a shampoo without parabens, sulfates, etc. It carries Saw Palmetto, Arginine and more compounds.

The question is simple. What do you recommend? I have been reading in recent days about the topical finasteride mixed with minoxidil at the finastopic base with good results in some users who had not done well with the fine side.
I have also read you about RU58841 and the truth is that it looks good.
I am missing something so any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance.
